positional arguments:
{ntlm,kerberos,userenum}
authentication protocol
ntlm NTLM credential validation (over SMB, LDAP, or LDAPS)
kerberos Kerberos credential validation (over UDP or TCP)
userenum Username enumeration via Kerberos (bare AS-REQ, no
login attempt)
